I hired Brett to represent me in a contentious and aggravated custody battle. Our first phone call was lengthy; I was terrified and rambling and was amazed at Brett's ability to sift through my saga and identify the key issues and come up with a solid plan on the spot. His line of questioning & delivery were both impressive! We had an almost 4-year long civil suit & Brett not only got us the justice we deserved, but he also proved the Defendants to be fraudulent in their transactions. He was transparent & responsive to all of our questions & concerns throughout the process. Personally, we appreciated the honest/candid responses. Brett & his team also have a great response time. When I say that Brett gave me my children back, I am not being dramatic. Brett represented me in a false PFA case. I was served on the 29th of December and finding a lawyer between Christmas and New Years is next to impossible. Brett was HIGHLY recommended by a family friend and he agreed to meet with me. From the moment I met with him, I knew I was in good hands. He told me exactly what was going to happen every step of the way and was there for me no matter what questions I asked. He took the time to understand everything going on and make a plan to move forward. On the day of our appearance, he handled everything. When we went in to see the Judge, Brett was incredible. I have never seen anything like it. He was clearly in charge of the situation and did not back down. The opposing counsel was stuttering and confused at moments. Brett remained calm and controlled no matter what was happening. Ultimately, the PFA was thrown out and I was able to get my children and home back. I went 5 days on a couch without a word from my children. Without Brett, I'd still be homeless and unable to communicate with my kids for who knows how long. I cannot thank him enough and would recommend ANYONE with legal issues to contact Brett and ARM immediately.
