dropped the ball on my peice of cake case acted like he knew everything and had it in the bag but he didnt even know basic knowledge of my situation at court then acted like it was my fault for not informing him........ When i tried to but he acted like a know it all.

Jess will go the extra step for his clients. He's very organized, cares about his clients and I feel that he actually cares about me and my outcome. He is accommodating and helpful. Recommended with certainty.
The only drawback for me was that it took a while to get someone to return my initial calls.
