Great people who care about others. That was my original post. But after some time i came to realize This guy actually just looks out whats good for his pocket. There are far more better attorneys out there.

If you want someone who will fight for you, Vince is not the guy. As others have stated, he refuses to return phone calls to the point I even wondered if he would show up for court. From August 2020 until the end of February 2021, I contacted Vince at least a dozen times. I even tried email. He didn’t return my phone call until the day before court in February. I did all the leg work and found my own experts to testify, and he couldn’t be bothered to submit my medical reports or to arrange for the experts testimony.

Do not hire this man as a criminal defense attorney. After my son was arrested we hired him to represent him. Although he talked a good game he did not pursue and actions that would have proven innocence. During the trial he had only one defensive plan at which he failed miserably. He failed to cross examine key witnesses, allowed himself to be played by the ADA thoughout the trial, failed to object to outright lies by the ADA and had the worst closing arguments in the history of the courts. It's a shame lawyers aren't willing to sure other lawyers

I absolutely love Vincent Tiberi! Because of him I have legal custody of my nephew. Everyone was against me in the county and no one would help me or call me back. He not only gave me information on how to appeal my brothers rights without ever charging me 1 cent he offered advise that helped me win rights to my nephew. He even called and gave updated information to the attorney I used for adoption. Can't say enough good things about him. He saved our family and I am forever in his debt.

Before I contacted Vince, I hired an attorney to represent me based out of Connellsville. The attorney was more interested in my money then the well being of my child and divorce. Despite receiving her money, she did not return my phone calls promptly if at all and did the bare necessities for custody and did not even begin the divorce. After three years and spending nearly $7,000 with one attorney, I was scorned and thought all attorneys were only it for money. When a friend referred me to Vince, I was hesitant because of this prior encounter but figured I had nothing to lose. After speaking to him on the phone, I decided to meet with him. After meeting with him for the first time, I decided to hire him. Hiring him was the best decision I've made regarding my custody matters and I wish I would have done it sooner. He has listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them promptly. He returned phone calls in a reasonable time and his rates are half those of similar attorneys in the area. He is extremely helpful and very laid back, but professional at the same time. He is highly recommended.

I too have tried calling Vince; I have left 5 messages and called numerous times with no answer. No one has ever called me back. The last message I left indicated the above history and I indicated no one called me back to even acknowledge that I called. I asked someome to please call me and at least let me know the message was received as this was a matter of importance to my fiancee. No response.

I requested Vincent to represent me at a hearing in which I was granted more than I had anticipated so I was very pleased. But when I needed his help again he would not return my phone call. I called his office for 2 weeks straight twice a day leaving messages and he never once called me back. I would strongly advise no one to retain him.
