This is the law firm retained by Fayette County Housing Authority, are they voted in too? It does seem Davis & Davis intimidated the Public Attorney assigned to my case!

I would like to know why when I went to talk to my local school board, that Gary frankhouser was there, and FAILED to inform me that he was the school districts lawyer. I’m pretty sure that, that is illegal to not inform me of who he was, and why he was present. Also it is a violation of my rights as a citizen to be able to talk to my school board members about an issue but instead Gary frankhouser did the majority of the talking, was very rude and should not of been present. I never agreed to have a conversation with their lawyer and I never agreed for him to be present.
