She is a really good lawyer. I had another one really do much for me. She really went above and beyond for me and worked with me as much as he could.

Lawyer Kovach and her team were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Anytime I called or e-mailed them I got a response. I did not feel judged and really felt like they were in my corner working hard to help me. Lawyer Kovach was professional and friendly and did a great job for me!

Kim Kovach is by far the best attorney you can ask for shes very professional she will tell you exactly what to expect there is some bashing going on from a former employee of the county who is telking people how unprofessional she is it's because they are a bitter losing party please disregard the disrespect that is being said it's obvious this woman thought her title would help when it did not. I had a hard case and kim kovach couldn't have been better for anyone who is seeking a child custody attorney I would highly recommend her she conquered an attorney who even specializes in that kim prevailed. The negativity is coming from a disappointing result on their end. I would recommend her for any case you need an attorney for I will always have her along with recommending her to anyone I know. The bashing being displayed is obvious who the real unprofessional is ..thank god for the county's sake Mrs. Polito has retired. She was trying to use her title as the director of veterans affairs to help a drug dealing abuser which now lives with her daughter. She is showing who is displaying who the real unprofessional people are Kim was amazing. She's honest hard working and she is the real mvps attorney for fayette county.

It was only after sharing the very intimate and personal details of my situation, that I was informed it would only be after $750 was received I would receive any sort of assistance. Not even so much as a “You have a case.” “You don’t have a case.” While I am not a fool, was not trying to receive something for nothing & certainly understand compensation is required when receiving legal assistance; it certainly could’ve been advised prior to the 10 minutes of personal information that I gave. When I asked why it was I was not told this prior to giving said information, the response I was given was “I can see why you’re in the position that you’re in. You have no patience.” (This is a DIRECT quote) Whether I have no patience or not; it is absolutely not your job as a professional to inform me of that while soliciting revenue from me. Your lack of professionalism is absolutely overwhelming. How disgusting of a choice of individuals to have answering the phone for what I’m certain must be a professional attorney. Eww. Just Eww.

I hired this lawyer based off of reviews I read online that provided me with the knowledge that she was true and professional for my custody case. However, she charged me a high rate of money for services that were never provided to me professionally. I did not receive phone calls promptly, and she was extremely difficult to get in touch with. She was rude, untimely, did not answer questions, did not reach out, did not return messages or emails in a timely manner, and did not provide the services that were originally requested by myself. I would not recommend this lawyer whatsoever! She took a large amount of money for me without satisfying my services professionally
