I have never had a better attorney. Diane helped me gain custody of my 3 mo old daughter almost 16 years ago. She is very caring and responsive. I couldnt thank Diane more for what she has done for me. I am a man and it is very hard for a male to gain full custody.

Diane is supose to be representing my husband,she has done quite the opposite,she has failed to produce bank stattements for my husband which were court ordered that for 7 months she has been saying she is working on it. Diane does not care about my husbands wishes,she does whatever she feels like. She will take a couple weeks to get back to you on the phone if she does get back to you. Diane does not have my husbands best interest at heart,she has her own agenda. I would highly suggest not using her for your attorney.

Diane Zabowski was the court appointed attorney who handled my grandmother's guardianship. She solely operated against my grandmother's wishes to ensure her own job safety to remain my grandmother's attorney for the rest of her life. Do not use her!

This woman was a court appointed attorney for my uncle. My uncle was being chemically restrained at the assisted living facility he was in. When his caregivers alerted the family that he was being chemically restrained, she participated in removing my sister as a co-guardian, so that my sister could no longer advocate for his health.

Diane is thorough, responsive, fair minded and empathetic. I used her 5 years ago, and have just recommended her to my son, who is, unfortunately, faced with an untenable situation in his own marriage.
