I hired Mr. Caruso to represent me in Family Court on two different occasions, and received favorable results both times. He represented me in a 2 year custody battle and got exactly what I was seeking...Joint custody of my kids. I opted to represent myself at the end, but no way to i get that result without the representation of Joseph Caruso. If you're looking for an attorney who sugar coats things and just tells you what you want to hear, Mr. Caruso isn't for you. However, if you want honest answers and proactive solutions to challenges you might face in court, he will deliver. I'd rather hear challenging news in a lawyer's office where I can address them, then in a courtroom from a judge. If you have want a no nonsense family attorney, give Mr. Caruso a call.
