Myers Law has helped me through two issues, so far. The most recent issue I found out about late at night. I emailed the attorney I had most recently spoken with - Michael M - and in the middle of the night he responded, much to my surprise. It was very calming to wake up to a response, knowing he was already all over it (Mitchell, also)! I'll be using them in the future, for sure!

Excellent service with attention to details

Do not trust these attorneys. Jeff Myers set up an LLC for us however he never explained how or why he was setting it up as an S-Corp, screwing us over on taxes. When asked to assist us in dissolving the business he declined. Total sheisters here. Do not trust!!

If I could do negative stars, I would. In the almost two years of being with them, they did nothing for us, gave us the runaround, talked down to us, wanted us to keep paying them but didn’t want us to question WHY and WHAT we were paying for exactly. Threatened many times to withdrawal council if we didn’t get them paid in a timely manner. I can’t stand incompetence and the fact that this is a law firm that clearly just wants to get paid and NOT help their clients is just mind boggling to me. Alex, Cheryl and Bonnie lack communication and it shows every single time we speak to each of them. I highly do NOT recommend this sorry excuse for a law firm.

I had intended to hire Myers Law Group to assist me to have a previous criminal case pardoned. I sent them the signed engagement letter with a check inside of it, and about a week after the check was cashed, they let me know that they lost the engagement letter. Not wanting them handling my case any longer, I asked for a refund of the 1,500 dollar retainer since no actual hourly billed work was done. They told me that a refund wasn't possible instead of doing the right thing.

The team at Myers Law Groups is very responsive to any concerns or questions. Very pleased with services received from Will, POA and Health Directive preparation to Estate and Inheritance Tax services.

Update: Jeff and Amanda made an effort to correct issues I previously had with their services and PLLC creation. Had interactions with both Jeff and Amanda for contract review and and LLC creation. Negative experiences with both. Jeff seems very rushed and obviously did very little review of the actual contract. Spent several thousands of dollars with the firm to eventually be told I should contract a healthcare attorney. Attempted to bill me for mistakes made on my forms. Overall a negative experience. Should have had the honesty to refer from beginning and not attempt to work outside their scope of practice.

I used Jeff and company to help start my LLC. It was a very simple and easy process and I was surprised to see how much my packet included. Sometimes they best people you need are in your own backyard. Thank you very much.
