Easy to work with for our will documents.

I had a contractor coat the garage floor of our new home. The contractor didn't bother to put any abrasive in the coating, the end result being that the coated floor was very slippery, especially with wet shoes on. I tried contacting the contractor over several months once the weather broke, and he completely ignored my attempts to get in touch with him. I contacted Jeff and he sent the contractor a pointed demand letter that got immediate results. The floor was fixed shortly thereafter and is in the proper shape that it should have been originally. I would also like to point out that Jeff and his team went the extra mile to find this contractor. The address I had for him was out-of-date but they were able to track him down none-the-less. So in short, I recommend Jeff Meyers and will seek him out again with any legal issues I might have in the future.

My wife and I recently reached the resolution of a dispute about undisclosed repairs needed on our house from the previous homeowner. The case took almost 3 years to resolve (out of court). The court date was less than two months away when we were able to reach a settlement with the defendants. The process of going through depositions and discovery took much longer than expected, which caused the legal costs to balloon. The settlement funds we received, when deducting the costs for our legal representation, accounted for less than 1/3 the costs of the repair costs we incurred. The legal costs had accumulated to such an extent that even a favorable outcome a trial would be unlikely to result in a better offer than what we had on the table. The legal team was very professional and detail oriented. I would consider using them again for other legal services.

After having discussed my insurance claim issue with a few other attorneys in the area, a friend referred me to this office. Attorneys Jeff Myers and Jacob Penn helped me get a good settlement. They promptly returned phone calls and were always professional. I felt they really fought for me- so very appreciative !
