Mr. Michael Melodini worked on my husband’s and I case, he was extremely caring, he listened to every single concern, helpful and answered all the questions we had! Super grateful for our outcome, and he was able to get our issues handled very quickly and efficiently! Everyone is the office was polite and caring as well! Thank you so so much!!! Jeff is really cool, heck the whole staff is cool but Jeff went above & beyond in regards to my property appeal hearing. I was last minute in obtaining his services. Great experience!

We tried to conduct our first tax assessment hearing on our own, and we realized we desperately needed the help of a lawyer. We were given a second hearing and James Flinchum took up our case even though there wasn’t a whole lot of time to prepare. He was extremely professional and we felt very comfortable knowing our case was in his hands. He was able to lower our assessed value by $65,000 from what the school district initially proposed! We recommend James Flinchum for any tax appeal hearings you may be going through.
