Been dealing with them since end of May last year so I can get my kids back from someone who has them illegally...I was better off doing things on my own. It's now January and I still haven't gotten the papers I need, they keep threatening to close my case all because they can't get my address right.

Good luck with contacting them. I have been calling and emailing for a month just to find out if they have a service that can help me. No response at all from them. I can't imagine if I actually needed an attorney to handle something quickly.
