I have retained Dave on a few different occasions through the past 8 years or so. He has done a good job in helping me out and in dealing with the stress and emotions that come from having to go to court. He is very familiar with the laws and is not afraid to stand up (respectfully) to the judge. He is always available by phone (unless he's in court) and returns calls quickly. He is passionate about his job and is always prepared. I would and have, recommended him to friends and will retain him again if the need be.
