Received O1A approval within 3 days of submission…! I am glad that I got to work with Matt (Matthew I. Hirsch, MIH Law firm) and his firm on my application. This is my 2nd O1A application and third immigration lawyer to work with. The most annoying thing about my previous experience with immigration attorneys was their response time. Even for a simple YES or no answer, I had to wait for a minimum of 24 hours. But with Matt, I used to receive an email within minutes or at the most within a couple of hours and his answers were always complete with no ambiguity. Initially, I was a bit skeptical regarding his method of including minimum technical details, but Matt insisted on working in his style and assured me that he will build a strong case. At times he included my suggestions if not provided reasoning for not doing so. The entire time, while checking/ correcting the reference letters to communicating with the recommenders he was very polite, respectful, and accommodating. Plus, he prepared the petition letter within a few hours of receiving the last recommendation letter. The petition letter was framed excellently in lucid language, and I had minor suggestions as opposed to my previous experiences. My employer requested premium processing and on the third day of submission, I received Matt’s email congratulating me on the approval of the case…! I am very happy with his overall conduct, his expert case preparation, and most importantly his response time…! Would strongly recommend Mr. Matt and his firm Matthew I. Hirsch (MIH) Law firm.
