I needed to move my LLC from VA to PA. I reached out to Joe and he set up a video call to review my businesses and potential needs. He spent a lot of time learning about my businesses to see how he could help me in other ways as well such as drawing up business contracts. I usually like to get quotes from 2-3 people for services but after our conversation I was confident that Joe could take care of what I needed and be there to help with my business needs in the future, so I moved forward with using his services. It was costly, but I was happy to have my paperwork completed quickly and knowing that it was done right was worth every penny. I'll definitely be working with Joe in the future!

I've owned a small business for 18 years and want to retire soon. My company provides specialized services to our clients, who rely on us to keep abreast of constant changes. We fill a niche, and it would be difficult for someone without our knowledge to come in and take over. I wanted to sell to someone that would allow for a seamless transition. If I couldn't find anyone, I would have to close up shop, which would put my employees out of work. I found Joe on the West Chester Bar Association website and contacted him. Joe was referred to me by the Chester County Bar Association for a Landlord/Tenant issue. He was very clear about our rights and responsibilities as a landlord. He confirmed that the actions we had already taken were appropriate and timely and that we should continue with our planned remedy. He further outlined what our rights are.
