Scott has been great to work with, he is very honest and fair, he gives you your best options right up front and let's you make the decision. But he will give you his advice on what your best option is, which is why you generally hire an attorney. He stays on top of things and gets paperwork done in a very timely manner and goes above and beyond to help you get done what needs done. I would definitely recommend you talk to Scott first if you even think you may need legal representation. He will be honest and let you know if you do in fact need him and if you do need an attorney you will be in good hands with Scott.

I've used Scott many times over the years and the one thing I appreciated the most is that he's always straight about the situation, good or bad. There's no BS and no sugar coating, so you know what you're really up against. He's a good attorney-smart and down to earth in a relatable way.

Mr. Harper handled my case two years ago, he worked with me and guided me through the process. Recently I had questions in regards to probation, and my release. I left a message with his secretary about my concerns and he(Scott) was quick to call me back so we could discuss the next step!

As one can imagine, dealing with charges and the aftermath can be absolutely horrific. Not only did Mr Harper navigate me through these dark days with the utmost respect and patience but his knowledge base is remarkable. My sentence was fair, thanks to his expertise.
