I had an issue and spoke with multiple lawyers, and April was by far the best. She did not string me along, but rather answered my questions promptly, honestly, clearly and went much further into detail than anyone else. She was able to take leaglese and make it into easy to understand English. My phone consultation with her was twice as long as anyone else's, and I did not feel rushed at all.
