I needed a Law firm that could be patient with me and understand my needs. Ciccarelli law office was perfect for me. My lawyer Stephen J Devine was always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. He never left a question unanswered. He demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire process. He was able to get me a settlement I deserve. I would recommend Ciccarelli law office to all me friends and family.

I had a very serious case!( Think of CSI, yup that was me smh)Something noone would ever think would happen. Since the beginning Ciccarelli was assertive and strong, something needed in my case, very professional and communicative. From the day of the incident, he showed up and made sure he was known as my lawyer. He made me feel safe and secure, that noone was going to take advantage of me and my ignorance and guided me through the process. He kept in touch with everyone in my family and worked consistent straight days to get me out of my first position. Once out of that position, I was in the court process, during covid, which meant no dates were guaranteed. He was honest that we were in the unknown and it was clear that my case was being dragged. As time went on, I decided not to wait for the court to set a date and show up and contacted Ciccarelli letting him know I was done waiting and he expressed that he was too! His ENTIRE TEAM( best lawyers ever) worked to schedule every court date in a timely manner and showed up stern and professional to get things going and done sooner not later! We worked together to get the best possible outcome and I couldn't be happier. My case could have gone in a whole opposite direction without them. I am grateful to have had them from Madison answering the phones to Christine closing my case! Y'all are the most awesomest Team Ever!

I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. I had an issue with the firm; made that issue known, and within minutes the owner himself called me to rectify the situation. I was astonished because very few businesses take that level of care to rectifying problems that occur.
