Lee Ciccarelli is no only one of the greatest humans ever, but is one of the best attorneys in Chester / Delaware Counties. He is and his team are extremely knowleageable, well prepared, professional, and are serious about the services they perform for their clients. I retained Mr. Ciccarelli and his firm for a DUI matter I had. I had met with a few attorneys prior to meeting Mr. Ciccarelli, but none of those other attorneys gave me the same sense of security that Mr. Ciccarelli did. My career and home were on the line as well as the possibility of me going to jail. Mr. Ciccarelli and his associates took their time to explain in detail what my options were as a first-time offender. They were always responsive to my questions regardless of how small they were. He appeared in court with me, worked diligently, and got a few of my charges removed. Mr. Ciccarelli was able to get me fast-tracked and enrolled in Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program where I paid restitution, performed community service, took a drivers safety course, and was placed on a year’s probation. Now that I’ve completed my ARD requirements, I’ve retained Mr. Ciccarelli’s services again to work on having my record expunged. Again, he has walked me through the process, explaining all my option, giving me hope and a sense of security, and I’m forever grateful. I had an wonderful experience with Stacey and Emily who both were very professional and knowledgeable. I was involved in an auto accident, and didn't have an attorney representing me at first.
