I would highly recommend Vincent to anyone in need. He works hard to make sure you are treated fairly and get the best outcome of your case. For my first time in an unusual case I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney.

I greatly appreciate everything MR.CAPUTO did for me. I facing a violation for catching a new charge. He made my fee very convenient for me because I didn’t have it all at once. He worked nine stop and was able to get my dui dismissed and reduced to 2 summary disorderly conducts. I can explain how much I thank him for taking this burden off my shoulders!!!

I hired Mr. Caputo to represent me in a very ugly custody case with a lengthy history about a month ago. He tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor by only charging me $1500 retainer because I don't just have thousands lying around for lawyers but I quickly learned that you get what you pay for. I understand that this is just a job for him but for my kids and I, this determines our future. He was very condescending and argumentative with me, to the point of me wondering if he was on my side or the opposing. He continuously told me to stop living in the past when the entire reason for hiring him was to disprove lies that were told IN THE PAST that still heavily affect my situation so my kids and I can move on. All he did was negotiate with the opposing party and then argue with me when I didn't just agree to what was being proposed. In the end, I had to let him go and spend an additional $3600 on new representation, who did more for me in the 1 hour free consultation than Mr. Caputo did in a month. Although I do feel as if I got ripped off, I am not writing this review because of the money. I'm doing it so other parents know to not waste their money and time. After seeing what my new attorney has already accomplished, its even more apparent that he just didn't care. I can't speak for criminal cases but 1 star for custody cases. Do not recommend.

Very Unprofessional, Condescending, Rude & Belligerent. He has a brash attitude. He over talks, yells and argue with his clients and customers. He puts pressure on clients, instead of fighting for them. He does not fight for the best interest of his clients. He will leave you wondering if he's on your side or the District Attorney side. His focus was and is the money, the payments. He forced my relative to take a 30-60year deal and got paid Great Money to do NOTHING. A public defender could've got this deal. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Vincent Caputo for nothing, not even to represent my animal.

Vince is an amazing lawyer. He is thorough and timely with all of his work. Vince walks and talks with integrity and character. I'm not one to refer or recommend anyone but will say that working with Vince was 100% the best experience and decision that I made.
