Aimee was recommended to me by a colleague and I could not be happier. I had a difficult contract negotiation and Aimee, aware of a critical deadline associated to the negotiations, made herself extremely available to keep the process moving until an agreement could be reached. She’s friendly, personable and willing to explain legal terminology in layman’s terms. She listened to my concerns and developed clauses to address them in the contract, while making sure that she also accurately incorporated my terms. Aimee is an excellent contract attorney.
