I used Julie and Joel, to edit my leases and for another construction issue that went to court. They are honest and told me when to was cheaper just to pay a tenant off then hire them, and when I need them and when to wait on another imminent domain issue. Hiring them you will be hiring honest friends with law degrees.

Julie reviewed and edited the lease for my new photography studio. As this was the first time I was renting a space for my business, I was nervous and wanted to make sure I was protected.
