I’ve only had one engagement with Dan Monahan and his staff. Dan was referred to me by a colleague of his. He prepared my will and other associated estate documents relating to health. I was skeptical since Dan’s office was at least an hours drive making it only possible to interact via zoom , voice calls and text. I was very pleased with Dan and his office staffs responsiveness to any question or concerns. Dan was never rushed as most attorneys tend to be and was very personable. He is also reasonably priced, I recommend his services.

Dan is a fabulous lawyer. He listens to when you explain your case and ask very important questions or requests clarifications as needed so every on is on the same page. I have used him several times for different concerns. My first was for injury from a car accident that left me with back, neck and shoulder injury. He was able along with very knowledgeable and capable Administrative Assistant. He did not want to take the first offer and fought for a more appropriate compensation. When my issue was not within his strong points, he had associate provide me with the Assistant I needed. I would recommend Dan as a go to lawyer with total piece of mind.
