With their very own malpractice insurer having successfully sued the firm and a serious absence of intelligence, this firm depends on personal connections rather than skill. I suspect this firm dissolves in the near future as even more questionable incidents surface. The firms strategy seemingly is to delay / convolute every step to maximize billable hours. A more applicable title would be Lame and Malpracticing

Carla Marino I have been represented by other attorneys but none that compare to Carla. About 10 minutes into the first call I knew I was talking to the right person. No, the best person. Carla answered my questions fully helping me better understand my situation and the options available. Carla responds to email and VM quickly at all hours, nights, weekends, she never stops. In fact, I was hesitant about replying to her email on Sunday for fear she would read it and respond (I have to protect her from herself). She is authoritative and at the same time comforting. Carla has gained my confidence and I will rely on her counsel going forward. I wish I met her two years ago. P.S. I never hear divorced men brag about their attorney, I do!
