We had an old trust agreement that we brought to Peak Legal. I thought we needed a new one to be done from a zero starting point. Jen Walker said we merely need to add a modification to the old trust rather than a complete re-write. She did that and we were happy with the result. As we read the new one with the changes that we requested, we realized we had a change of mind on several points that we didn't think out completely. Jen made the changes very easily. That is the nice part of a revocable trust, you can change your mind and make changes. Also, thanks to Shannon.

I worked with Jen of Peak Legal for my estate planning. After some lessons learned from prior experiences in dealing with lawyers, I was really careful in selecting the right business for this project. I'd called about 10 different estate attorneys in the West Chester/Exton/Downingtown areas, and found that Jen's business model, pricing, and professional knowledge are the most transparent and fits my needs. Others either charge an hourly rate or offer a beginner's package rate plus add-ons (the no ceiling types of pricing just scares me). In fact, she is the only lawyer that I'm not afraid to call to ask questions along the planning process (and for many more years to come!), and knew that I wouldn't be timed for a hefty bill. There are also many online programs can potentially get my task done, but I wanted to make sure that it is done right the first time (aside from just planning on how my assets should be taken care of when that time comes, I viewed it as the last investment I can do for my loved ones). With Jen's business, I feel that I can build a long-term reliable relationship, not just an expensive transaction. I'd highly recommend Jen to all of my family and friends!
