Gary is a bit condescending that’s the one reason I chose not to use them after the consult on the way home I just kept feeling off- and summed it up with he was a bit judgmental as well. Very professional but if he is already making me feel unheard … and questioning me like he didn’t believe things I said…. What’s next ? If I recall he said “ don’t try to get cute with me..” Really too much .. Drove two hours to feel small However The firm is very professional Was greeted well and treated well by everyone I met there ! Vince was very kind Gary started nice….. Just the vibe was not sitting well in the end Maybe personality thing So I can’t really rate They did put a lot of time into the consultation That I appreciate

I called because they were one of the firms my work referred me to through LawPoint. I called, left a message last week, missed their call back. Yesterday morning (Monday), I returned call and left a message. Unbeknownst to me, I accidentally called the same law firm 15minutes later and was put through (I have a list of lawyers that I am going to go through to see who would be the best legal representation for my situation). Lawyer Gary Thompson answered and proceeded to berate me like a child about “boundaries and general rules of conduct, telling me I had contacted them 9xs since last week.” I assured him that did not happen and apologized for my previous call 15min earlier. He said he was exaggerating, while asking me “what was the emergency, did someone die?” while later adding “he thought I was a crazy person” because of my two morning calls. As I explained my case to him (my underage son was left money from my deceased mother to whom I need to obtain guardianship), he scoffed at the amount, saying “no offense, but X amount isn’t life changing (although I can promise you, to almost ANY regular person, it is).” I don’t know who this man thinks he is, but his nasty, bullishly, brutish, arrogant and ignorant behavior may work in a courtroom, but not for me. This man left me in TEARS and I can’t imagine not only how he lacks basic decency, compassion, understanding and empathy, but also how he possibly interacts with human beings. Even though I may receive a discount to use this law firm, I’D RATHER HIRE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE AT FULL PRICE. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF AND RETIRE TO FLORIDA ALREADY.

They handled my cases promptly and in a very satisfactory manner. More importantly, I got my desired outcome. I highly recommend.
