TRUST- It is the #1 reason you should hire this firm. My situation is very unique and I had spoken to 2 lawyers already informally. I was referred here by a trusted colleague and they were the only firm I felt comfortable sitting down with. They took the time and care to recommend what was best for ME. I will hire them but I have to say that the path the other 2 lawyers suggested could have also been suggested by them- they would make more money and probably could get publicity out of it. In the end, they decided that it would mean nothing to me if they used the initial approach I thought they would have. With less expense on me, they came to a different conclusion on how to proceed. I just started my first LLC with Carosella & Associates! I do not have a business background, education in business or any business experience for that matter. I have an idea and and have been working to make it a reality. I called many attorneys for free consultations about starting a LLC and Carosella & Associates booked me first and within 3 days of my call. Vince's knowledge and experience speaks for itself. He is very easy to talk to and staff is very nice and accommodating. Needless to say, I canceled all of my other appointments. Our next meeting was quick; I explained my business idea and he did the rest (business statement, IRS tax code, ext.). The following week the state approved the LLC application, I went in to sign the papers, Vince sat down with me for a hour and explained everything I would need to know to keep me safe and organized.
