I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result of my case. I was charged with three counts of possession, one count of paraphernalia, and one count of unlawful speed. Since I was already on probation in another county I was fearful of what the outcome might be. Following is what I pleaded to and the penalties I received: two counts of disorderly conduct - that is it!! My penalties are as follows: a drug and alcohol evaluation and 25 hours of community service. In addition to that, I owe a $10 fine, and only three months of probation for each count of disorderly conduct. Way to go, Marc!! Thank you so very much
