I was involved in an accident with criminal charges 2 years ago. No promises from Attorney Kelly other than to do the best that he could. He followed through with that promise. My charges were dropped, preventing me from serving potential jail time. Thank you!

I had never worked with Kelly and Conte before. I had been in a fender bender and was made aware that my license was suspended. I t was from a one year DUI suspension back in 2010. Obviously I had to seek out a lawyer. Needless to say I was skeptical at the time with the law firms near perfect rating. I decided to take a leap of faith. After receiving my summons and contacting the firm, I got an immediate response from Greg Francis. I was facing 60 days in prison and a 1year license suspension, Again. As of last week we closed up the case. I am not going to jail and my license is not being suspended. I would most definitely recommend Greg to anyone. He is well respected and straight forward. I also want to say that Julie is spectacular. She stayed one step ahead of the game with filing and getting everything I needed to make this happen. Thanks to the whole team at Kelly and Conte!

Evan Kelly was extremely knowledgeable about the law; the ins and outs of every step of your process will be explained. His confidence in his position and his rapport with colleagues, law enforcement, etc. has a way of keeping you grounded through the duration of the whole process. He did exactly what he said was going to do! You're certainly in good hands with him in your corner.

Evan Kelly is a very great person and lawyer as well. He’s very known meaning he been doing a great job for a very long time. He help me get a deal that allowed me to keep a pretty much clean record that doesn’t stop me from having a good job. Thanks to him I’m free and living my best life. If your in Chester county there’s no other attorney I would recommend to use especially when it comes to staying clean and out of prison.
