Jennifer and Shannon were terrific at explaining the process, laying out our options and ensuring that we considered all aspects of our plan. Their detailed "homework" made it easy to think through all of the important details and then ensure that account titling and beneficiaries were up to date. The video interview with Rosanna was wonderful- we laughed and cried and in the end she captured something beautiful for our family to watch someday. They even provided laminated cards for our wallets with our temporary guardians listed in case of emergency. They truly think of everything to ensure that all of the bases are covered. We worked with Jen and the team at Peak Legal to set up a living will and trust. They educated us on everything involved in the process, answered all of our questions, and were a pleasure to work with the entire time. We were thrilled with the professional and knowledgeable expertise we were provided when updating our will and creating a trust at PEAK Legal Group. Jen simplifies the legal language so that it is very understandable. The price structure is straightforward and appointments are easy to make either by phone or online. The finished product is a detailed and beautiful binder with all the documents (will, trust, POA, medical directives, etc.) organized within. A thumb drive copy is also included. They sent letters to our representatives to introduce them to the practice should any contact be necessary. They did a video interview of us and provided us a thumb drive copy. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Jen, Shannon, and Rosana were all a pleasure to work with.

Great people to work

I used the services of Rosanna Chiple for an unusual custody situation. She was very professional, friendly, and responsive to emails. She kept me up to date on what was happening and what the next steps would be. She explained things to me in wording that I could understand. We had an old trust agreement that we brought to Peak Legal. I thought we needed a new one to be done from a zero starting point. Jen Walker said we merely need to add a modification to the old trust rather than a complete re-write. She did that and we were happy with the result. As we read the new one with the changes that we requested, we realized we had a change of mind on several points that we didn't think out completely. Jen made the changes very easily. That is the nice part of a revocable trust, you can change your mind and make changes. Also, thanks to Shannon.
