We were referred to Jennifer for estate planning and were very please with the service we received. Jennifer has a very comforting approach to the estate planning process. The first time we had a will and health directive drafted about 10 years ago, we went to a lawyer, got all the paperwork done and then never spoke with that lawyer again. One day, my wife mentioned that if something happened to me, she wouldn't know where to begin or whom to contact about the estate planning process. With the plans that Jennifer offers, there are packages which cover all the document preparation, but also cover you for the rest of your life. If we have questions in the future about making modifications to any of our documents or if there were any issues that come up later, we can go to her. To pay up front once and not have to worry about "lawyer's hourly rates" later on, is comforting. It also lets me feel comfortable my wife has someone to go to in case something happens. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend her services to anyone.

Jennifer helped me with all of the legal issues that surrounded my husband’s death...without a will. Jennifer was aware that this was a difficult time for me and that my ability to understand the process was clouded by my grief. She met with my two sisters and me on a couple of occasions and explained EVERYTHING I needed to do in detail, including all of the legal issues she would be taking care of. The tasks that only I could do were clearly spelled out for me by her. I NEVER had a question that she didn't answer in detail. Aside from her professionalism and knowledge of the law, she's a very kind person that is easily approachable...I would recommend her to any one that needs legal advice in her area of expertise. My wife and I met with Jen to discuss Estate Planning following a presentation her group made at our son's school--providing complementary advice on guardianship, and specifically the protection of our children in the event of an emergency from a legal perspective. Establishing a Living Will was a wish list item, but became more of a priority now that our kids were getting older. We specifically felt it an important to have a plan, and Peak Legal did a great job making us feel comfortable with moving forward and helping us cover all points of the Estate Planning process. Pricing was straightforward, and we specifically appreciated their honest, personable approach. They took the time to guide and educate us, and over the course of three meetings we finished our project. Receiving the finished binder and reviewing the finalized documentation all felt very official, but the final video interview was a highlight.
