Please be aware of the above Law Firm. Back in September '11 I was contacted by one of Mcgoldrick representative about working with me to get my home modify. I paid the firm $3995.00 which they took from my account electronically. Todate my house is not modify instead I received a letter that they are unable to get my home modify with my lender. Since then I have been calling and not one will assist me. I have never speaks to any attorney of the firm; this lead me to believe that they are not ligetimate.

Talked me into a loan Modification, Told me to skip my next mortgage payment to pay the firm. Went into foreclosure, Law Ctr dropped me without giving back my fee, even though the fees were personal checks made out to the, and cashed by the McGoldrick Law Center

Hired McGoldrick Law Firm to help handle my loan modification, as I had tried doing it on my own and was continuously denied. Paid them $2800.00 up front. They submitted my paperwork for the modification, however it was nothing new from what I had completed myself in the past pretty much. It was very difficult to reach them by phone, and never responded to email after my payment was recieved. Looked up lawyer under bar says she is retired. Please BEWARE, I think it is run from out of the country, the loan processing dept barely speaks english well, and the phone #'s are untraceable. Use a lawyer where you can go in the office and meet them. Never did get my loan modification with them either, I have since hired a lawyer-whom has an office.

We hired her law firm to Negotiate our unsecured debt, and they helped us resolve over 30K of high interest credit cards! My wife lost her job and we were trying to stay afloat on one income. We were on the verge of bankruptcy and losing our home. With the cards paid off we were able to focus more money on our mortgage. Now with my wife back to work we are able to put money away in savings, and save for our kids college education.

Answered TV add for mortgage mitigation. Looked up her web site, with BBB approval listed on web page I hired them and paid them to handle my mortgage mitigation. Checked with BBB later and found her BBB rating was pending, not approved.. She may be legit, but th phone number of her office does not get answered and her web page is gone. The number I called off of tv add sounds like it is going to another country as are the accents of the people that answer. I may be red flagging this to early, but beware...
