There are good attorneys, There are great attorneys. Then there is Mike Dicindio. Get you a Mike. I was in the midst of a complicated situation with serious consequences and if it wasn't for Mike, I would have never been able to give the court a perspective of who I am as a person and not who they were looking at in the paperwork. He was competent, well recognized and respected in the courthouse. Also, throughout this process I got to really pay attention to attorneys in action and you get a real sense of who is elite and who is working towards being up there, Mike is up there in every sense of the word!

The first time I spoke with Michael he was obviously more motivated and more optimistic about what he could potentially do for my legal situation. There was even talk of the possibility of "knocking this out of the park". He was the obvious choice at this point. After retaining him at quite a bit of a more reasonable rate than other less optimistic attorneys, Michael arduously hammered through repeated obstacles. It did take some time but I was kept in the loop and eventually Michael did achieve the best possible outcome. If that's not "knocking it out of the park" I don't know what is. If you're ever going to be wrongfully and falsely charged of any criminal suit whether it's serious or not, and do not want to settle for anything else other than the truth then, call this lawyer ASAP! Before hiring him, we had interviewed two other top notch lawyers. The difference was that the first one was not as courteous and as patient of a listener as Mike is. The second one was asking half the fee of what we paid Mike but wanted payment upfront without giving us a complete written contract. Whenever there is a question or concern, Mike is always available to answer and give advice even after the court hearing is over. Attorney DiCindio will not only explain what could happen on "both sides of the coin"  but provides you with the possibilities of  maximum and minimum sentencing to not over promise. In our case, he certainly did not over promise and under delivered but gave us the best possible outcome!!

Mike DiCindio, contrasting his youthful looks and open demeanor, is an extremely knowledgeable, qualified, and a tireless advocate for his clients.
