Mike is a great listener and even better communicator. He truly makes you feel like you are his most important client and always gets right back to you when questions or concerns arise. I had a lot of anxiety hanging over my head but he always made me feel better after consulting with him. He got me what i believe to be the best possible outcome in my situation and continues to help me with circumstances after the case has been finished which shows that he truly is on your team the whole way. I can't say enough good things about Mike other than that i was completely satisfied with his thorough and meticulous handling of my case . If you're ever going to be wrongfully and falsely charged of any criminal suit whether it's serious or not, and do not want to settle for anything else other than the truth then, call this lawyer ASAP! Before hiring him, we had interviewed two other top notch lawyers. The difference was that the first one was not as courteous and as patient of a listener as Mike is. The second one was asking half the fee of what we paid Mike but wanted payment upfront without giving us a complete written contract.  Whenever there is a question or concern, Mike is always available to answer and give advice even after the court hearing is over. Attorney DiCindio will not only explain what could happen on "both sides of the coin"  but provides you with the possibilities of  maximum and minimum sentencing to not over promise. There are an endless number of words I could select when it comes to describing Mike, but one word simply does not do him justice. In what turned out to be a "high profile" in the media sense of a case for us both, Mike never wavered in the fight for me. Hello. If you need the best of the best, Mike is your guy. Extremely knowledgeable re the letter of the law and also has a great knowledge base re the Judges and DA's in Chester County. He represented me with a complex 2nd DUI - where I could have faced 90 days in prison. Mike's statement to the sentencing judge on my behalf - swayed the court and I got a much, much reduced sentence. Always available by phone, gets right back to you and actually CARES about you, your case and your freedom as much as you do. This is a rare quality in my opinion. Just as good as it gets - period. This man worked magic and I mean magic. My family member was looking at an out of state felony charge along with prison time and somehow he got it down to a misdemeanor and probation. Wow.
