My family and I can truly say that Mr. Kelly is an exceptional attorney. He does a great job of combining compassion and advocacy for his clients. He handled our sons case very well, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns that anyone in our family had. We were very pleased to have Evan on our team. The entire staff could not have been more helpful. All have empathy when needed and are always available for questions and explainations. As parents you never expect to need the assistance of a lawyer for a child. We cannot say enough about Evan Kelly's, expertise, knowledge, and compassion.

I would like to say that Mark is a very knowledgeable attorney and is very responsive. I was dealing with an issue for a long time and he was the only attorney that said he felt he could win this for me, He spent days and hours and prepared a great brief that won my case, I would definitely recommend him for any situation that requires an attorney.
