First, I got all the paperwork. Second, he over charged me thousands of dollars I paid him in cash. He actually was aggressive towards me at a hearing. The police didn't catch me or see me do anything wrong. He let them charge me the maximum fines without an argument/fight. I guess old habits kicked in and I reached out to him from successful outcomes decades ago. Could have done it on my own and saved $9,000 for three appearances. Still talks a good game but doesn't back it up.

I felt Tom clearly way over changed! In fact, he asked for half of the money in cash, making me question the reason.. We weren't sure what to do having never been in this situation before and felt we wanted a lawyer present. Basically, We worked with the cops and got the matter resolved , Tom was only present at one meeting and had very little to do with the outcome.
