Started with phone consult with Atny. Posa- Engagement letter signed and paid seven days later. Seven more days and we sent an email asking "when" we should see our complaint to review and be filed. Apology came that accounting didn't notify the attorney and he would "jump on the complaint now." Well now is not here yet and its another six days gone by. This office is slow and do not tell you ahead of time that they must be too busy to start the work you requested. Still waiting......Received formal complaint by email and with a couple changes we signed and are ready to go. Hopefully the complaint is delivered in a timely manner and things will proceed in a quick pace. UPDATE: it is months later... hardly any communications from the lawyer.... more mistakes, as the second person was not served correctly. First a big delay because they did not pay correct amount for the service, then one person was served at a wrong address.(The correct one was given to the attorney) Time went on and the e mails from Posa made it obvious that he was not paying attention to our wishes. Asked for a new attorney to take over and after about a month I got an apology for not getting back to me by the "newly assigned lawyer" Lockwood. Was supposed to get a call from him on a promised day.... that came and went. FAILURE TO FILE DOCUMENTS TIMELY AND CORRECTLY- FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE- FAILURE TO FOLLOW CLIENT WISHES- PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE- I think I need to go to the office in Wexford and ask for the Boss of this TITANIC.

Attorney Posa was very knowledgeable and patient in his consult with my Real Estate matter. Ultimately his suggestion was to not pursue the legal matter. Truly looking out for the client’s best interest (me) even though it meant he wouldn’t get a case. A class act and the exact type of attorney I will call when I need legal services in the future! Highly recommend

My experience with Brad and his team was wonderful. Carole was quick to schedule the consultation and Brad was very helpful in regards to the real estate matter that I had. Brad was patient throughout the consultation and answered all questions I had. I would recommend Brad for assistance related to any real estate matter.

I called and spoke with Brads assistant, she was very disorganized. She scheduled a telephone consultation, sent me an email confirmation but I never got a call back as scheduled. When I called the office the staff said Brad was out of the office on planned holiday this week. Brags assistant called me the next day to reschedule telling me Brad got called out at the last minute which contradicts what I was told the day before and she says she tried to call me but the calls would not go through. Well my phone never rang from her but others called me yesterday. Such lies, not impressed so far

It is not handicapped or wheelchair accessible. There are 44 steps to get to the second floor. If you need a lawyer go somewhere else
