I’m glad I hired David to represent me in a tax assessment appeal after I purchased a new home. He responded to all my emails promptly, gave helpful advice in an efficient way, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Best of all, the ruling in my case was actually lower than the previous owner’s assessment. More than I expected.

David has represented me twice for real estate law needs. The first was after a divorce and a deed change was needed to remove my ex wife. The second time was for a utility easement for a new construction home build. I needed this done quickly so I did not delay the building permit process and he was able to deliver this in an extremely tight deadline. I would highly recommend using him.

I hired David to help me get out of a property I purchased with a family member who was being extremely difficult and trying to take advantage of me. David was an excellent advocate, fought hard, and saw through the dirty moves from the other owner and shut it down. He got me my fair share of the property. David did a really successful, professional job in appealing the assessment of my property. He answered my questions immediately and made my life so simple in this matter. If you feel the need to appeal the assessment of your property, I highly recommend using David. His fee is half of the savings in taxes for you for only one year. You will have those savings until the county does a reassessment again which can be many many years. No cons.
