I don't recommend this guy; he wants too much money to do routine legal work; unresponsive on subsequent inquiries on a case without offering the right legal remedies. Check around for a better deal.

Bankruptcy can be overwhelming and devastating. Attorney Kercher was our advocate in dealing with the maze of creditors, bankruptcy judge and the court appointed trustee. It was though his efforts that we applied for and received a Chapter 13 bankruptcy plan. We made our payments and 5 years later we have our house and a fresh start. Don't even think about anyone else to assist you in this matter. Kevin is professional but personable, he really cares. Go see him now!
