My mother required some help with her affairs. The office personnel were helpful. Especially Tammy Z!

We are very pleased with the team at Steinbacher, Goodall, & Yurchak. Their knowledge, compassion, and professionalism helped navigate us through the process with our estate planning, special needs care, and business succession plan. We thought all of these things would be overwhelming, but each turned out to be fairly easy with the Attorney Steinbacher's guidance. The staff are very down to earth and family oriented, which helped us feel at ease when discussing personal matters. We highly recommend these law offices to everyone.

When I originally came in for a meeting to get guardianship of my mother, I was quoted $3000. I just got another bill in the amount of $463—2 months after our guardianship hearing. I have already paid over $4000. Almost $4500 for as I see it, very little work. What a joke. I WOULDN’T WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY. I’d hire a better attorney next time for the money I wasted

I was very disappointed by the service I received from this law firm. There’s little or no communication or your questions and concerns are completely ignored. When I did finally complain, they decided to cancel our partnership before trying to resolve an issue and then charged me an astronomical price for what services they did perform please steer clear! And the time that I was with them, which was six months, they lost two paralegals and a secretary. Employees were always changing there.

Terrible. At least my experience with Attorney Julie Steinbacher was. I was referred to her for a guardianship/elder abuse case regarding my aunt with dementia who was being isolated from her family by her POA. I felt optimistic when I spoke with Attorney Steinbacher the first time. After that, she became less responsive. She failed to tell me for a month when the opposing attorney reached out, even though she knew this was very time sensitive. She seemed to have no idea what was going on with my case even though I had updated her office constantly. I was provided a lot of lip service and she left many questions unanswered. She passed me off to a colleague at the 11th hour without the professional courtesy of a heads up. I had to file a continuance due to a breast cancer related appointment and I provided them with the doctors order but they failed to add it to the continuance request and it was denied. This was after I was told that they basically never get denied. She failed miserably at representing me. It is a year out and we still have had zero contact with my aunt, in part due to her inadequate representation.

Anyone searching for an elderlaw attorney should give serious consideration to this law firm. Julie Steinbacher, Esq. has been my attorney for almost 15 years and I have never had a single reason to complain, having received counsel for at least two very complicated situations. I have, and will, continue to recommend her and the firm to friends and family.

I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of this kind of service. Very knowledgeable; very professional and most of all ; friendly. When you need their services and once you talk with them; the feeling of relief is so powerful that you know these people are going to do everything they can to help you.
