Beware, this is a nonprofit organization so they have nonprofit caliber employees. They also only represent a certain “type” of client. The clients that can not get any other type of legal representation due to their life decisions.

So far they have been VERY helpful. We are a paycheck to paycheck family and dispite our financial situation they do not treat us any different. They are helpful and kind and they have worked really hard on my case. I am thankful for people like them.

Whoever answers the phones here is completely unprofessional and rude. My mother called for services to help with a custody case and they lady completely blew her off and was rude. Horrible customer service skills. What kind of company has clients come to them for help and you just turn them away? disgusting.
