Great attorneys that definitely have their clients best interests in mind.

It is my understanding that George Lepley is better served by a DUI conviction in Lycoming County than an acquittal. It would be my advice that anyone seeking DUI representation from anything more than a public defender look outside of Lycoming County for an attorney if their charges were filed within Lycoming County. Edit after reply: My experience with your firm is in the past. Lepley told me he could get my DUI dismissed, took 10% of my annual income as payment, then never returned a call or showed up to a hearing. He sent a retiree in his place for the motion to suppress, which was unsuccessful. When I tried to resolve his lack of effort during the process his admin assistant explained that he was busier with higher profile cases. I'm not sure how you think this can be resolved at this point, but I'm not interested.

I have pryers on my record like burglary of habitation plus several others for assault ... unfortunately i got a 1 yr suspension on my driver's license for not blowing in a breathalyzer will in PA. WELL after that I got a DWI lost my license for 3 mths naturally then I Hughes GEORGE LEPLEY For my DUI I paid 2400.00 cash up front he said he would take care of my DUI I received in Tioga county and he did all that and more I showed up for court ONE time in Tioga county court house he always kept me notified of my case and at the end I TOOK 3 CLASSES and paid some court cost and that was it !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER HE IS BEHOND GOOD FOR P,A, HE IS THE BEST !!!! Thank u forever George LEPLEY ! Keep up the good work

Jason Lepley is an amazing attorney. You can tell he genuinely cares.

Paralegal complicated process multiple times with misinformation. Ultimately they completed the job they were hired to do (for additional costs). However, if you have time to search around I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Would highly recommend that you stay away from this law firm. They promise you things and never deliver. They also lie to you, take your case and don't know the law, but they take your money without any regret for helping you. Definitely stay away from them.
