We are a small business just starting out that had a need for an attorney to assist us with filing a trademark application. Austin White was very friendly, helpful and thorough during every step of the process, he was always quick to respond to our questions and gave us timely status updates on the progress of our application. We were intially denied the trademark, but attorney White prepared and presented an excellent appeal, the denial was overturned and our trademark was granted. We enjoyed working with Austin and we plan on retaining his services in the future, we give him our highest recommendation!

From the first phone call, Mr. White was friendly, professional and helpful. After providing him with details, he drafted a letter to the property owner which went into the mail within 48 hours. This resulted in the property owner taking action to stop the water flow. From the very beginning, Mr. White was accessible, professional and kind.
