Incredibly poor service! Especially during a national pandemic where legal information is critical to people's livelihood. Gave extensive personal information to a "Tanya" (assuming she is a legal assistant), she promised answers and a fee quote within a couple days. After two weeks and several messages, still no response. Ultimately, a "Karen" telephoned me (after posting this review) with redundant information. Her need to obtain the correct answers for me would require another return call which was promised within two days and was also unfulfilled. Very disappointing and unprofessional! This reaction (or lack thereof) shows the true colors of the individuals at this firm. NOW is the time to rise above all negative stigmas surrounding your profession and you failed.
