I lost three years of my child life, and always bent over backwards for the child of my father, till I finally had enough and with the help of my mother in law I found Rebecca! I can honestly say, this woman gave me back my life, she helps you through every step and makes sure you understand what is going on and what you are walking into! On October 4th I won my life back when she helped me gain Physical custody of my daughter. I owe this woman more than a good review I owe her a lifetime of gratitude! If you need a lawyer CHOOSE HER!

Rebecca Smith handled my divorce and custody for me. Words can’t express enough how much I appreciate all she and her office did for me. I’m so grateful for the day I walked into her office. Rebecca was anything but aggressive and I often wondered whose side she was working for in my divorce. Would not recommend.

Rebecca was difficult to get a hold of. When she would reach out to me, it was to reprimand me for actions the opposing party falsely accused me of. $2000 got me a custody order filled with ridiculous stipulations that have since hindered my relationship with my son and other attorneys have advised me should NEVER HAVE been included in the order. Would never recommend to anyone.

Before we even met Rebecca Smith I knew she was the attorney I wanted to help us with our adoption case. This case was particularly difficult because the biological mother was out of state and hard to reach. To make a long and happy, story short, Rebecca and her staff were incredibly professional, understanding, empathetic, and patient (with my constant phone calls), and extremely knowledgeable. I really can't put into words how thankful to her that I am and how much I appreciate all she's done for us. Rebecca has been representing my girlfriend and I through her divorce and custody case since December. This case has been extremely stressful on both of us due to the ex's antics. I initially retained Rebecca for help with custody arrangements and as hard as that is, she made it as simple as possible which ended up leaving both parties as happy as possible (when it comes to custody). The decision was a very fair compromise, which is exactly what I looked for. She was extremely kind, asking how I was and all the while letting me know that although it was hard, it was the right decision. When you meet her, you know that she is remarkably experienced and knowledgeable but extremely down to earth and easy to talk to. When I retained her a second time regarding a real estate issue with my ex, again she exceeded my expectations. What I wanted, wasn't really in my best interest, and although I don't think she completely agree with my efforts; she respected my wishes, and understood where I was coming from. Rebecca ended up putting together a deal that actually ended up benefiting both parties which again, is what I wanted. You never want to go to court, but if you have to, Rebecca is the best resource you could ask for.

Rebecca Smith, was my attorney in a divorce suit. Because of health issues I was dealing with, the process was an emotional Roller Coster Ride. I was grateful to receive calls and emails from Rebecca of encouragement and just to ask how I was doing! That really meant the world to me. Rebecca was my lawyer for a custody battle with a very uncompromising ex husband. I honestly am SO THANKFUL for her. She definitely had her work cut out for her, she was very upfront and honest about everything. And I can say 100% she went above and beyond for me and my kids. Also I had to have major surgery 2 days prior to a hearing and spent a few months recovering and she still kept at things for me and even contacted me to let me know she was thinking about me and that right their made me feel that I had the right person by my side fighting with me to get what was right!
