First I would love to say a big thank you to Samira and Helee. December 2022 I was denied citizenship which left be so depressed and broken, but anyway I did my research and come across Kitay Law Office and without hesitation I chose to go with them, where I had the pleasure to have Samira and Halee represent me. Before taking my case they look through my files and explained what went wrong and showed me a few red flags. I felt assured that they would worthy of my trust as they proceed, they ask for all the information that they needed to show that I am of good moral character, and even when I have my moments of doubt, they where good enough reassure me there was no need to, which I did listen and trust their expertise. Moving forward to my interview on may 11 2023, I must say watching my attorney Helee work I was stunned, happy, pleased, thankful etc. while in the interview I thought to myself, if it didn’t go as planned and not in our favor, she would still deserved to get the best review ever because she worked for it, and seeing her expertise go to work I was pleased. We finally did it. Now I am proud to say as of May 26 2023 I am an American citizen.

I recently used Kitay Law for my naturalization and when I say that this place has the friendliest, caring, understanding, and knowledgeable lawyers working I’m not lying. I had the pleasure to work with Helee Patel and Samira Vasquez. I highly recommend using these two amazing women. They’ll listen to you make you feel comfortable if you have any trouble with anything at all. Even during the interview if you’re nervous and say something that could be interpreted different ways Helee will make sure that she has your back and will interrupt the officer to explain what you’re trying to say and will make sure what you’ve said won’t be taken any other way. They will not judge you for whatsoever. They are very friendly, knowledgeable with anything you need. I cannot say enough how comfortable they made me feel throughout the process. Attorney Patel and Hector were great in handling my case. Everything was filed promptly and smoothly, definitely would recommend them.

I don't usually write negative reviews but our lives were irreparably changed because of attorney negligence. We were repeatedly assured that our case was in progress when in fact it had not been filed at all until 12 months had past. When that attorney went on leave, and another lawyer looked at our file, we learned that it wasn't filed at all for 12 whole months. As a newly graduated physician, this impacted my career, my family, and my health in unthinkable ways. When we asked for compensation for this, we were dismissed to find another law firm to work with due to "conflict of interest". Don't be fooled by the motto "The Law Firm with a Heart". Our hearts are broken.
