I had been injured on the job months ago as if 2020 wasn’t already going rough for all of us. Fast forward to the end of my case and I have to say I wholeheartedly agree with my friend! My attorney, Thomas Pivnicny, made the entire process so easy. There were some dynamics to my case that made it very difficult emotionally for me and Thomas was very compassionate. One moment that stand out to me is my deposition. Opposing council was asking questions that were very upsetting for me. Thomas stopped them. Thomas tells me I was very good at communicating during this process. While this might be true, Thomas is a fantastic communicator! Even when working from home during the pandemic. He not only responded to my inquiries but also took time to explain things to me that he had previously and I forgot.
