I was in for a huge battle over my father’s estate. I didn’t know where to start or what to do until I meet with Dan. He was extremely helpful answering any and all questions. Responded to all calls and emails in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable as an estate lawyer. I enjoyed working with him over my year an a half battle. He fought very hard for me and in the end we won. I would 100% recommend Daniel Maschi it was a pleasure working with him and the firm.

I hired Daniel Maschi's on two separate occasions. One which was a false PFA put out on me that Daniel got thrown out with prejudice. Everyone who works in the Zlock-Grisilo law firm are top notch from the staff to the lawyers, but during my custody case Dan went above and beyond in every way through almost 10 months of litigation. My case one of the longest in Bucks County history. From the start, Dan understood the challenges that I faced in trying to keep custody of my children and also fighting for their medical freedom. We quickly formed a game plan and worked together to find evidence and eventually a medical expert to testify on my behalf. Things did not always go our way in court, but that did not deter Dan, who reassessed our situation and together we worked to prepare for the next hearing. Dan knows PA law extremely well, but if there was something he was not familiar with, he and all his colleagues would work together to find the best legal path forward, because they care about all their clients. Dan always took the time to answer all my questions and explain the law. I learned so much about the legal process and was able to use that knowledge to help us as well.
