Mr Katz was incredibly kind and helpful from the start, all my worries disappeared as soon as I got off the phone with him for the first time. He made sure my worries about the outcome were diminished. Mr Katz helped me go from potentially 4 points on my record and a license impact to none and a refund from the court. I could not thank him enough for how kind and thoughtful he was throughout the entire process. I would recommend him for a lifetime! Elliot Katz was able to assist me in acceptance and placement in the ARD program for a DUI. I will only be facing a 60-day suspension of my driver's license (as opposed to 12 months), zero jail or house arrest (instead of a mandatory minimum 72hrs in jail / 10 days house arrest), and the potential to earn a completely clean criminal record once the probation period is complete. I didn't have to step foot into a court room at all and he was easy to get in touch with! I definitely would recommend him.

Elliott was able to reduce my speeding ticket from "27 mph over the limit" to "5 mph over". Therefore, I do not have any points on my license! This office offers a reasonable price compared to the other law offices I have talked to.

I hired Mr. Katz to handle a traffic court issue that would have been extremely hard on me and my family.
