Gilbert Malone should retire as an attorney. He puts shame to the entire department of real estate attorneys. Repeatedly he has forgotten his client’s name, issue at hand, and quite literally forgot to serve paperwork that sat on his desk for weeks. Impossible to communicate via telephone or email. He wasted more than a month of my time, my money, patience, and most of all, my confidence in law practices. Do yourself a favor, don’t hire this attorney.

I would like to first say that I understand that life happens and it's usually best to pick yourself up and keep going. With that being said I had suffered an injury resulting me being put on short-term disability. Now my employer has been giving me the run around and I've been in and out of doctor's offices trying to get my Short term disability approved. As a result I had no income and fell behind a month and a half on rent. Resulting in me receiving the eviction notice. I called Malone just asking for advice and seeing what my options were but honestly I was pretty much talked down to the whole time. I was calling for legal advice and came away feeling like I was an idiot for asking. I'm just saying at the end of the day lawyers are still involved with customer service and if that's how you treat someone then honestly I hope your business suffers. If you're trying to see your options this is not the law firm for you. Find someone that will take the time or at least have legal assistants that are more versed in making sure that people understand their situations without making them feel like they're scum.

I hired Victor to help me through a divorce case. I paid him $950 dollars for this service. A settlement agreement was sent over from my wife's lawyer to Victor to respond within 30 days. I responded in 20 days and sent to Victor to be sent to my wife's lawyer. However this response was never delivered. I choose at this point to take over on my own. I presented my own settlement agreement to my wife's lawyer. My agreement after one rebuttal was accepted and am moving on to divorce. It is am shame that I paid that much for nothing in return.

Mr. Malone answered my legal question about a landlord/ tenant dispute over the phone for free. ( Which you don't often find). He was friendly and knowledgeable. His rates also seem very reasonable.Would recommend.

Shameless, unprepared and devoid of any moral character - This appointment was an absolute atrocity. The attorney was unscrupulous and had the audacity to charge me for wasting my time. Seek legal services elsewhere please.

Mr. Malone assisted us with a will probate and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Mr. Malone.
