Great excellent atmosphere employees are very friendly and knowledgeable they help they went above and beyond to help out someone in need

She was working for the York, PA court so this review is still valid. She has an extremely nasty attitude and she doesnt listen neither. She said I ask “too many questions” about my son, that’s like one of the strangest things I’ve ever heard in my life, lol. Also she compared her 2, 32 year old caucasian sons, to a 9 year old black boy, who is my son, who she doesn’t know from a can of paint, I was confused. She also said my son won’t have time for a 15 minute call in the morning, I feel like she may not have any time management skills, but that also was a worrisome comment. She is a woman and she said her male adult children don’t speak to her often, there are a lot of things I can say about that but I’ll reserve it to keep this brief. I understand these folks work for the court, but they need to do a better job with the time they have at these conferences. When I mentioned the time, when things got mute in our conference, she said “WE CAN SIT HERE AND STARE AT EACH OTHER ALL DAY!”, hence why I said she has a nasty attitude. No maam, we cannot, we need to have a constructive conversation, which she wasn’t all too interested in. Please do better. Thanks!

Heather is amazing!! So kind and non-judgmental, not to mention calm and intelligent!! She was available to me no matter time of day with answers to my questions and if she didn’t know, she admitted and would find the answer for me. So honest! I highly recommend Heather.

About a 2 months ago my fiancé was looking online for me. Trying to find a lawyer due to getting a speeding ticket. He came across Heather by looking for someone for me. We had found a few different people so I called and left voicemails. Heather was the first one to be quick and prompt about getting back to me. We made an appointment to see her to go over everything. She was very honest and very professional. She made me feel very comfortable and less stressed by the time that we left. She was quick to respond to every text message that I sent her. She had to get my date changed with the first date given to her having to be in court for another client but was very respectful about letting me know ahead of time that it was up in the air but she would keep me posted on what what going on which she did. We did have to reschedule which she handled and let me know as soon as she knew when it was rescheduled with the new date. We finally had the court date and she messaged me that day to let me know when she would be there and that she was on her way. Heather spoke with the officer and she was able to knock it down significantly to what could have originally happened. I was very pleased with her as my lawyer and would hands down to go her again if I should ever need a lawyer. She knows what she’s doing, she’s very professional, and has a great personality and honestly seems super down to earth. If you need someone to help you out but be completely realistic she is your go to person!
